Working principle

After the waste lubricating oil is pre-treated, it will be pumped into a catalyst reactor. We will add a mixture of two catalysts, oil and heat in a still under vacuum. As the temperature in the kettle increases, various fractions are released and rise in the form of vapor, condensing in the condenser. Condensation products can provide different products according to different kettle temperatures.


Finally, when the remaining material in the kettle does not evaporate, the process ends even at a temperature of around 350°C. At this time, the heating in the distillation process is stopped, and the process is completed.


It adopts advanced vacuum distillation technology, which is different from the traditional sulfuric acid and flocculation processes. The traditional process uses sulfuric acid, water glass (Na2O.mSiO2, 1%), TEPA (tetraethylenepentamine) C8H23N5, 1-2%), and activated clay (25%) to treat waste engine oil.
